Hope for Youth is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that works directly with at risk and imprisoned juveniles in Peru.  Its primary mission is to counsel and mentor youthful offenders, including gang members.  Led by Illiana Bustios (originally from Las Vegas) and her team of dedicated volunteers, Hope for Youth works with boys inside the detention center as well as upon their release to effectively reintegrate back into the local community and escape a life of crime before it’s too late.

At Hope for Youth, we believe the desire to belong and to be accepted is a basic human need.  We are making a positive impact on the lives of young men and women in Peru.
